Foreman - Hegelsom

Are you someone who likes to keep an overview, motivate colleagues and roll up your sleeves yourself? For our location in Hegelsom we are looking for a foreman who ensures that the production process runs smoothly - from planning to execution.

About the position
As a foreman in Hegelsom, you manage a team of employees in the greenhouse on a daily basis. You divide the work, monitor progress and quality, and jump in where necessary. With your overview and commitment you know how to motivate the team to get the best out of themselves every day.

You will work closely with the business manager and be the point of contact for people on the shop floor. Communication and a positive, practical attitude are important - as is the ability to bring calm and structure to busy times.

What will you do?
- You will lead the production team and distribute daily work.
- You will monitor planning, progress, quality and safety.
- You work actively on the shop floor - in the greenhouse, in the field or in the production hall.
- You liaise with the manager about progress and priorities.
- You promote a pleasant, safe and well-organized work environment.

What do you bring?
✔ Experience managing a team in the agricultural or manufacturing environment.
✔ A practical attitude and the ability to collaborate where necessary.
✔ Good communication skills - you speak at least English, Dutch is a plus.
✔ Driving license B and preferably MBO-4 working and thinking level.
✔ Flexibility: you run with the season, so peaks as well as quiet periods are part of the job.
