All offers, deliveries, and agreements from Genson Plants are subject to Plantum’s General Terms and Conditions for Ornamental and Food Horticulture (Propagation). These terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of propagation material and plants.
These terms and conditions were filed with the Rotterdam Chamber of Commerce (Gouda office) on May 21, 2012. In the event of any discrepancies between the Dutch version and any translations, the Dutch text shall prevail.

Genson Plants works with a select group of breeders and licensees who are responsible for the development, protection, and licensing of the varieties we grow and/or sell.
Among other things, this partnership means that we have access to protected and licensed varieties, coordinate closely on their application and development, and comply with the applicable licensing terms and quality requirements. In this way, we ensure transparency for our customers regarding the origin and rights of our plants.

In addition to breeders and licensees, Genson Plants collaborates with research organizations and academic institutions. These partnerships focus on applied research and innovation and contribute to sustainable and reliable plant quality.
The role of research organizations within our partnership includes research into crop optimization and plant health, support for innovation and new applications, and the conduct of field trials and knowledge sharing. In this way, they make a significant contribution to further improving the quality and sustainability of our crops.
Research organizations do not have a commercial sales role, but focus entirely on sharing knowledge and expertise to support the supply chain.
Plants can be ordered by contacting our sales team. Together, we will carefully coordinate the desired variety, plant type, quantities, and expected delivery date.
After coordination, every order is always confirmed in writing.
Packaging quantities vary depending on the plant type. You can find the current packaging quantities for each product clearly listed in our product catalog.
After placing an order, you can request delivery of the plants using the online plant delivery request form.
For planning purposes, we require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice prior to the desired pickup or delivery date.
In many cases, partial orders are possible, depending on the agreements made and the type of plants.
Partial orders are also placed using the online plant order form.
If delivery on the agreed date is not possible, we will work with you to schedule a new delivery date.
Transparent communication is always key in this regard.
Changes or cancellations are possible within the limits of the agreements made and our terms and conditions.
