Cultivation specialist
GREEN FINGERS BEWARE!
A plant knows no secrets to you. One look is enough for you to understand how a plant feels. You have the knowledge and skills to let the plant develop in such a way that it behaves optimally in the growing and production process. Together with your colleagues from other locations, you form a close-knit team in which you exchange tips and learn from each other.
Not much experience yet? We like that you don't know everything yet and that you want to develop in this field.
YOUR ROLE
In this position, you are the one who makes sure the crops look good so that they are ready to produce optimal fruit. This is only possible if plants develop properly. You are involved in this from the very beginning. Together with the manager you are responsible for the production.
Our head of cultivation supervises you substantively.

- Are you available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Do you have a relevant vocational training MBO/ HBO and/or
- Do you already have some experience in this field
