Ensure your growing facility runs smoothly

As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of our facility at Sint-Oedenrode. You combine operational leadership with cultivation expertise and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. Together with your colleagues, you continuously work to improve quality, growth, and overall performance.

Your responsibilities: 

  • You manage employees and seasonal workers on a daily basis.
  • You are the point of contact at the location.
  • You organize and schedule tasks, labor, and resources.
  • You will coordinate agricultural work across multiple fields.
  • You ensure quality, progress, and continuity.
  • You will actively participate in the cultivation process.
  • You identify opportunities for improvement within processes and the organization.

The knowledge and leadership skills needed to help teams grow

You are a hands-on leader who knows how to inspire others and maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods. Thanks to your knowledge of cultivation, organizational skills, and hands-on approach, you know how to get the most out of people, processes, and results every day.

You'll bring the following:

  • Experience as a grower or in a similar position within the agricultural sector or greenhouse horticulture.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate people.
  • An interest in cultivation techniques and production processes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A practical and solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and maintain a clear overview.
  • A hands-on approach and a pleasant way of working together.
