About the Position

Are you a grower with natural leadership skills? Do you have an eye for people, processes, and quality? Then we’re looking for you! We Sint-Oedenrode a Operations Manager for our growing facility in Sint-Oedenrode .

In this versatile role, you’ll combine your knowledge of crop production with operational management. Together with the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly at our location in Sint-Oedenrode.

You will work closely with colleagues at Genson Plants and play a key role in organizing, supervising, and improving day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities

Daily supervision of employees and seasonal workers
Serve as the point of contact on-site
Organizing and planning work, labor, and resources
Coordinating agricultural work across multiple fields
Monitoring quality, progress, and continuity
Actively participating in and supporting crop production
Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and the organization

What are we looking for?

Experience as a grower or in a similar role within the agricultural sector or greenhouse horticulture
Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate people
An interest in cultivation techniques and production processes
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
You can adapt quickly and stay on top of things during busy periods
A hands-on approach and a team player
