What are you going to do?

You will work in the Engineering Department under the supervision of the Technical Manager.

Together with technicians, the Assistant Foreman, and other technical colleagues, you will ensure a reliable and future-proof technical organization.

Communication lines are short, decisions are made quickly, and good ideas are given a chance to flourish.

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities are clear: you ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with proper preparation. You play an active role in improving maintenance performance and fostering collaboration between engineering, production, and cultivation.

You are the key link that ensures stability, continuity, and improvement within the technical organization.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and preparing for preventive and corrective maintenance
Coordinating service calls and maintenance work
Daily coordination with technicians, growers, production, and suppliers
Managing materials, parts, and work orders
Monitoring schedules, progress, and priorities
Managing technical documentation
Analyzing recurring malfunctions and maintenance performance, and implementing structural improvements within the maintenance process

What do you bring to the table?

You are someone who brings clarity, thinks ahead, and takes responsibility. In addition, you have:
MBO Level 4 work and thinking level
A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Experience in maintenance, engineering, or work planning (Experience in greenhouse horticulture is a plus, but certainly not a requirement)
An affinity for machinery, systems, and maintenance processes
Strong organizational skills
A proactive and improvement-oriented approach
